I have a good gumbo recipe. Mine doesn’t includes tomatoes like Coach O’s gumbo.
Mardi Gras: Started in Alabama. I can go to NOLA for Mardi Gras if I want and not have to live there.

Although I do love NOLA I also enjoy playing for and potentially winning the SEC on a yearly basis with a shot at the playoffs........so no thanks!
