What's he's done the last few years should have been fireable. Even ole miss fans are now talking about walkouts and not buying season tix etc and not attending games due to their current head coach/buyouts etc.
I suspect the only reason he hasn't been fired is that he knows where the bodies are buried. For all the cheating ole miss did, they really got a crappy ROI.
All that being said, Kermit Davis was a good hire, perhaps the only one for Bjork.
