1) love me some beignets and breakfast tacos, but I prefer Eggs Pontchartrain to both. Eggs hollandaise with fried oysters.

3) all nutria should be exterminated. They aren't indigenous to La and are destroying wetlands.

5) Gumbo all day every day unless you add tomatoes
