I know Tennessee is having some issues.

But that was an arse whipping. Grown man football and no one had a doubt who was grown.

Odom did a good job bringing a ready and motivated team. Dooley with a really solid outing as well.

One W to go and then a decent bowl.

Yes. They've humiliated two Big 6 teams in their place in successive road games and found a way to win a trap game against Vandy - all after the worst nut cup loss in recent memory.

And they're doing it by dominating the line play on both sides of the ball.

If they had a top quailty pass rusher this team could have competed for the East.

Yep. UT and UF games are what I had hoped to see all year. Really good game.

Once again, I am pleased. Go forth, and do more shite like this.

(And keep wearing the damn "M" on the helmet!)

I was nervous about this since it has been pointed out we could be 8-2 or 4-6 before the game. We stomped them and looked like the 10 win team we should be.

Now pay Barry more.

I was listening on ESPN Radio and didn’t hear. Idiot play by play guy made a Memphis Tigers reference during the game.

People keep saying that, but we should have ran away in the Purdue game. Vandy was a gritty win. USC and Ky games we had though. Those games aren’t all just toss ups. We out played USC and KY for most of those games. Sucks, but is what it is.

Emanuel Hall has to be the team MVP. This offense is just different when he’s on the field.

Beat that arse. Odom does have some flaws that hopefully he can clean up, but his teams are physical as hell and they play fricking hard.

You can never say he doesn’t have the locker room behind him. Clean up some of the sloppy play and we may really be onto something!

Lock is the team MVP and has played like a top 5 draft pick the last few weeks. Crazy too because I was beginning to think differently about him 3 weeks ago. Give him NFL hands and he’s got all the throws that NFL GMs drool over.

I would like to jump on the Odom bandwagon. Most times his teams are tough and physical. This years version of the Dline is exceptional against the run. The offense, although inconsistent, is pretty potent. What he does next year for QB is anyone's guess at the moment.

What bothers me about him is again, his consistency to be inconsistent. The spectacular embarrassing losses and even some of the wins. Throwing players under the bus to save face. The (at times) atrocious secondary which should be unacceptable beings he is a defensive coach and former player etc...

If he can clean some of this crap up and have better game planning, it would be sweet. I want to jump on board, and of course, he has earned more time, but as a fan, these areas are a great concern to me.

Yeah. I’m almost on the bus. I’m going to chalk up his awkwardness with the media re: players to fighting for his job. And while I don’t think it’s always been graceful, it’s completely understandable.

I think he’s learning what it takes to win on a week by week basis. But he is learning. What we’ve done with a new OC this year is kind of impressive. Especially given the injuries to Hall and Albert.

They do need to get the defense figured out. I’m of the opinion that Walters just isn’t the guy. But that change probably won’t happen this year.

Odom's not stupid so hopefully he learns from his game management mistakes.

What impresses the most about the transformation from the Pinkle XII style teams is the physicality of the Odom teams. They're SEC quality now. I also like that his teams don't surrender or mail it in, no matter how high the victory or crushing the defeat. They may come out flat or fail to execute, but they don't ever dog it.

Hopefully he can maximize the four hour showcase yesterday into more recruiting victories.

The revolving door at TE/WR has been masked by Ford and Davis. Ford appears to have found his calling in scouting and coaching RBs. Davis has lead a seamless transition to a power run game.
