I think he's on the spectrum, so, yes, I think it is an unchangeable part of his personality. Much like being amazing at a particular task is, which unfortunately for the rest of us, is coaching college football.

I imagine most CFB fans have seen him in a press conference, whether intentionally or just incidentally, and are aware of how big of a dick he is. It's pretty well known at this point.
