Next year it's a high probability we won't even be bowl eligible. After that, he is toast.

No things are not gonna be better next year with or without Gus. Gus next year will probably be better than new guy next year, but UGA and Bama are going to be even better next year.
We are probably around LSU and AtM level next year, same as this year when we split those two. MSU will take a huge step back. Piss and Arky will still be terrible.
