I think it's the best option out there. I've been doing it for years and selling our parking pass. I think the buses start running 2 hours before the game and don't stop until an hour after.

I think it's the best in B/CS. I grew up in the area. Camp Creek is awesome. But aint telling who I is.

You realize after the newest Texas monthly top 50 bbq places list that came out last year a ton of people know about it now right??

I had heard of it before the list but hadnt made it out there yet until after it started selling out all the time. And doubt I know either of you. And If we are suggesting best bbq places in the area, our visitor should also look up Fargo’s if it’s for lunch or All the Kings Men in downtown Bryan if it’s for dinner.

Anyways good advice to the traveling ole miss fan in here. Much easier if a drive on Saturday for y’all now, enjoy your stay and I hope all of our fans show y’all a good time (even if our football team doesn’t, but who knows how that’s going to go).

Koppe Bridge for burgers
Taqueria del Sol Mexico for Mexican food
RX pizza

I'd use the shuttle from Freedom Plaza or park in a lot in Northgate.

I can't help in regards to when it fills up, I live close enough to walk or I ride my motorcycle and park wherever I can squeeze it in

No, because I don’t read that socialist pamphlet. But, good for Rick, he deserves the extra business.

I do as well, only buy one copy every four years as I’m a sucker for good bbq and like to read through their top 50 list.

Just didn't want you to be surprised your secret spot isn’t so secret anymore. I think it’s died down some now, but for the first year after the list came out you’d have to call and order ahead if you wanted to swing by and get something for dinner as they were selling out consistently before the evening.

Their cowboy cornbread is amazing. Meats aren’t bad either.

2.5 hours before kickoff spots become scarce

2 hours before kickoff and you could wind up with a several mile walk

I was always a fan of north side garage as long as you don’t have to leave immediately after the game.

I like parking over at the Wesley Center, other side of University. Its $5 cheaper and its so easy to just head north through the neighborhoods instead of that constant battle that University always feels to me. I guess I always just leave right after the game and get stuck in the garage in line for whatever.

Best parking that I've found, and its $$$, is Cain. You zip right in, get a spot, and then after the game its like Moses opens up the traffic and you zip right on out to Wellborn and away.

We always park at my buddy's girlfriends old apartment. It's right across the street from the Callaway villas. It's free because we arent supposed to park there but they dont enforce it....or at least they haven't for years

Oh, definitely, we always order way ahead. We actually get our Thanksgiving meal there too. I’m already looking forward to it.

Ack, what fire? I see there was a fire at the Snook Drive In (gas station) that was to the left of Sodolak's. Did it also take out Sodolak's?

Yelp has a checkin to Sodolak's from 10/24/2018 and a post on the Sodolak's facebook page from 10/19 hiring.. so I'm really not sure.

Yes it was the gas station next to them that burned down, damn theives were trying to yank out an ATM machine. I don’t think Sodalacks ever closed, maybe for just the day of the fire or something, but they’ve been open like regular. Ate there earlier this week in fact.
