SEC Officiating strikes again -- Missed goal line fumble by refs likely costs UT the game

How does this continue to happen within this conference?
Context: South Carolina is on UT's 1 yard line going for the score when their RB trips over his own player and begins to lose control of the ball, only to momentarily regain control and then lose control again for a second time and have the ball taken away by a UT linebacker on the 1 yard line.
The refs blow the play dead without ever reviewing and give the ball back to SC only to have them score a TD on the next play. Meanwhile both TV announcers on live TV keep repeating that that was definitely a fumble and UT got jobbed with a huge miss by the officials.

Pruitt went on to say that the officials didn't cause UT to have 9 penalties and struggle on the LOS -- That was on us and he took ownership of that. That being said, that's a game changing miss by the officials regardless. With as much money as the conference brings in, it's hard to wrap my mind around how terrible the officiating is at times.
This thread isn't intended to take anything away from the South Carolina football team. They played well and if the shoe were on the other foot and the roles were reversed, I would be happy that the referees missed the call had that been UT. That being said, this has got to get cleaned up. It's unacceptable that games are being negatively impacted/decided by people on the field other than the players with blatant misses or bad calls that end up causing teams the game.

Pruitt on the fumble at the goal line: "It was definitely a fumble. I saw that. Unfortunately for the officials, they only have certain angles they can see." Said it was obvious on Tennessee's film.

“Would probably make sense with how much money the SEC has, to get endzone cameras”

Wat.
The player loses control at the 2 second mark and then again for the 2nd time at the 4 second mark. The UT LB comes up with the ball shortly after the clip ends and the play is called dead.

Petition Sankey to change the result of the game to a Tennessee win.

When they went to the officials review in Birmingham the expert crew was ready to take the call.

In case anyone is wondering, what the Volol is failing to omit is that the refs took away an obvious TD we had on the play before.

It's pretty clear. He bobbled the handoff, regained it but not in a strong grasp, and on contact, the ball squirts off... look at the ground right after contact and you'll see the ball roll around a bit. Was definitely a fumble.

I have ZERO sympathy for UTK. Getting what they've deserved for 20 years.
