Maybe, but there are other candidates. He does seem to be the best player on the best defense so far.

Chose us over Old Dominion I believe.
Our staff does a great job at finding under the radar talent. Snell is another example.

His ability to rush the passer has been incredible but I think his ability to drop into coverage is whats going to sell him in the draft.

He likely will win, and likely should. I assume he will be a LB in the pros, but he's got a non stop motor. That's what takes a 2* to another level.

Very few of their fans actually even watch football. Least knowledge fan base in the conference by far.

You think I was taking a shot at somebody? UK defense is number one in conference in total defense, rushing defense, and scoring defense(the most important stat).
I know it is hard to believe, because it is UK, but it sure looks like the best overall defense to me.
