I hope we can milk the clock. I don't want to see the defense anymore

I would like to observe you do it and then when asked about it later pretend I know nothing about the altercation.

Thank you, Sir, for not snitching

I've been on record stating Saban should head to west Georgia with a blank check for awdarn's kicking coach

Y’all are freaking out too much about the mop up defense. You have a bunch of young guys with little to no experience. It’s all gonna be alright.

But there are 70 D1 programs with kickers who are very good within 30 yards.
Likely true. And we are so used to perfection in every aspect that anything less stands out. As I said, if we are coaching these kids, as opposed to the typical let the kickers do their own thing that many programs do, then we need to stop. Or vice versa. Just my opinion. This issue is entirely too consistent to be blind luck.

Nah, not freaking out.

It's not very pleasing to watch, though.

Don't disagree with you at all. It's clearly a pattern.

200 rush yards is pretty inexcusable against a non P5 team with no threat to pass. Backups or not. They should still be able to stop a handoff

Saban will secretly enjoy it because now he has stuff to make them work on.

Not really. We beat bad Sun Belt teams like this 38-10 or 42-14 when Shula was here.

1992 we struggled to beat USM and La Tech. I've watched us lose to poor Miss. St. teams two years in a row. To a poor Ole Miss team. To Southern Miss a couple of times. Vanderbilt. I've seen many years when door mats have given us a serious run.

Yep, and that's good, but they look as bad or worse than the last time that happened. And the time before that.

My issue with it is the obvious don't give a frick attitude all of them but Anoma play with. In the past our backups play like guys fighting for a starting spot. These guys look like they are just going through the motions so they can get out of their pads and take a nap.

That was like 30 years ago.

Post-Stallings we generally hammer these teams. Even our bad teams. Now, it isn't 49-0 at halftime type hammering, but it's not generally close.

And those USM teams were damn good teams. This is a bad Sun Belt team that will probably win 3 games.

I really wish that we would continue to run our offense when the backups come in. I know we are running the clock, but those guys need the work
