Also, if LSU had missed the FG to win, would your perception of both teams be different? Why or why not?

LSU would have kicked it again after Auburn's DL launched themselves over our OL.

And then Cole Tracy would make it.

Because, well, he would.

Hmm... the best indication of what's about to happen in the future is the past. Knowing that, I'll go with Auburn being better. They'll have 2-3 losses but they'll be better.

Fans over react so much. The last 3 years this game has come down to the wire. Its obvious both teams are very evenly matched and no one is clearly better.

Auburn will finish like 8-4.

So it depends if LSU can do better than that. I think we will.

Auburn will lose to MSU, Georgia, and Alabama so 4 losses

LSU will lose to Georgia and Alabama with a toss up at MSU so 2+ losses

Therefore LSU is better than Auburn by 1+ games

I think Auburn isn't as good as a lot of people thought we would be. And I think LSU is a little better than a lot of people thought they would be.

Biggest preseason concern for AU was O-line. And it's rearing its ugly head. Also, they need a better edge rush on defense.

I think Burrow is clutch. Say what you will about his completion percentage but he doesn't turn it over and makes just enough plays to help his team. And we all knew the defense was gonna be good.

Neither team is ready for Bama or UGA. That I would put a lot of money on.

Both teams will end up with 3-4 losses (both lose to UGA and Bama )but LSu has the head to head W. So LSu will end the season better.
