Tua or Stidham - Which will disappoint the most?

I'm far from sold on Stidham behind a shaky line.

Tua. People forget how close he came to losing that game before he won it. The guy is high-risk, high-reward. Kind of like how a home run hitter strikes out a lot.

Neither. both will have great seasons. Stidham doesn't have Kerryon Johnson this season so he has to shoulder more of the load but Malzahn always seems to get that run game up to speed by mid season. Rule of thumb with Malzahn, play them early. Malzahns teams improve more than anyone as the season goes on.
The Iron Bowl will be a good one.

Also, Stidham was better in the second half of the season versus the first half.

Alabama sucks.
Am I doing this right?

You've already seen what he can do behind a "shaky line"...wonder what might happen if the line is above average?

Fromm or Fields
Which ever one that starts will be a big disappointment to the delusional thUGA fans that suddenly think they're world beaters.

Stidham is going to be the best QB in the SEC next season IMO. Getting a year under your belt and becoming more comfortable with the offense can make a worlds difference. I also don't see how Tua is going to disappoint Bama fans either, considering the frustrations with Hurts the past two years. Maybe if he struggles with turnovers, but I could see us dealing with it if the offense is productive.

This topic posted by a georgia fan fits the stereotype perfectly.

He might be, but Hurts was also way more turnover prone his freshman year.

I’m keeping count from where the GA fans swear I have a hate Georgia agenda,
but this is the crap I read.
So...they get made when I respond with truth.

Someone seems scared of the teams from Bama.

Regardless of the final stat line for Tua, Tua was down by two scores when he came into the game. If my "high-risk, high-reward" QB could make up two scores in a single half on the biggest stage in the country, I'd be pretty damn happy. I don't think you can say that Tua was "close to losing" that game.

Gus has no idea wtf is going on the first 2-3 games of the season. It's like we didnt scrimmage all fall and just worked on fundamentals. Like he is seeing the team for the first time with 11 players on the field running a play.
By game 3 or 4 he starts figuring shite out. So us Aubies are worried about Washington.

Why do people act like our line was great last year?
We sucked. Particularly in pass protection. We’ve already seen Stidham behind a shaky line

Auburn should win that game. Next year is when UW will be ready to compete for a playoff spot.

Tua. He's been built up so much now that anything less than a Heisman and NC is a let down. Now Bama fans will never admit its his fault until they are ready for his brother to take over.

He's only high risk until he gets a little experience being in the fire. After that, from what I've seen, He's all reward and no risk.
