Which directional team do you absolutely hate playing?

Louisiana Tech. There is absolutely no reason to get on I-20 and drive to Ruston, Lousiana for anything. If you must play a directional team from Louisiana, why not northwestern state? clean town, and at least they have a great band, which is wayyyyyyyyy more talented than LSU's.

Louisiana Tech isn’t a directional school.
Central Florida, South Florida

The fact that MSU even travels to Louisiana Tech to play a football game is kind of laughable, honestly.

ULL.
They're insufferable year round thinking they are anywhere on our level, but that one week leading up to gameday is the worst of it. And when we inevitably win it's not even satisfying because...yeah of course ULL didn't beat us.

North Texas...just a boring team and an even more boring region of the state

Southern Mississippi, the red headed unloved step child of the state that for some reason thinks they are on Ole Miss and MSU's level.
I can not imagine the amount of crap they would have talked if they beat MSU in that regional a year ago.
The reality is the State is better off with USM gone and OM and State getting that money. What program or degree does USM offer that State and OM don't offer?
Why have that school be a thing.

Tulsa. They are practically next door to us so we've played them 70 times over the years, with the 71st meeting coming this season.
That's more times then we've played anyone in the SEC not named Texas A&M.
They haven't beaten us since 1976 so its not the most competitive rivalry out there.
Dishonorable mention goes to Quachita Baptist a former in state rival who once hired our starting QB back in 1914 and had him bring a copy of the team's playbook with him right before a game.

Troy (may as well be directional)

For state, it must be Southern Miss. For good reason too, as they are a directional school that you don't have a winning record against.

We played Western Carolina in 2014, and they were straight up playing dirty resulting in several player injuries. So them.
