He will be the missing link. Hopefully this will set a fire and keep it burning the whole season

We are definitely better than Florida and Texas A&M. Agree with the rest.
you're at Florida and you are aTm's super bowl
plus Eaux; Merlins has his number
Aggies have decent talent; if they are improving week by week; I can see Jimbo giving Yaw Yaw a tight game last week of the season

with LSU talent
our talent and depth is somewhat overrated. LSU talent doesn't mean what is used to. Still good but recruiting has slipped the last few years.

This starts the 69 game winning streak

8 wins. There's a reason this guy wasn't playing. He wasn't even the backup.
With that said, it isn't LSU qbs that have lost big games. The LSU lines have been awful for years now. I'm not sure LSU needs a new head coach or strength coach. Those players have been pretty weak. Need to lay off the gumbo and eat more beans and taters.

LSU may never lose another game for the next two seasons

O and some guy who was an OC before most recruits were alive. I wouldn’t be worried if Johnny & Cam’s love child played QB for that staff.

Second Burrow melt bookmarked

I didn’t mention that QB.

He wasn't just an OC. He was also LSU's QB. So he knows the position. Can he call a decent offense? IDK

His playing career was in the 1970s. How is that relevant?

The position and offense from 40+ years ago doesn’t mean much today.

Yeah, it's not like he has worked with modernized offenses before...
FTR he is eight years younger than Saban.
I'm not remotely comparing the two, but is his age and when he played that important?

Who knew the best OC in America was sitting in the bullpen?

It’s definitely not important. But then again i wasn’t the one using it as a reason he “knows the position”.

But O promised the best. Surely he delivered after canning the second best in Matt Canada.
