Canada is the best offensive mind they’ve had since Jimbo.

I'm not nor have I ever been a fan of that hire.

Matt Canada.

I'm one of the few that also never bought into the Matt Canada hype. I never understood how misdirection, motions on an inexperienced line, and running sideline to sideline would do well in the SEC. Time and time again it has failed.

I don't think Ensminger is the answer either, but he might surprise some. He also might flop. IDK.

I am ready for this O experiement to be over and done with.

As long as he comes in and gives us hope and upsets either UGA or bama, I’m sure most LSU fans will be satisfied and will be all in on him 2019. He has a chance here to do something big. He can set the stage for LSU to come into the modern era offensively. We’ll see if O allows it..

That seems like some pretty lofty expectations at this point. Probably way too much to put on such an unproven guy who’s not exactly surrounded by elite talent or in a proven system.

Canada was apparently a major a-hole who couldn’t get along with any other coaches of the staff not only at LSU but also at Pitt. His offensive shifts and motions were so pointless. It’s not like the shifts were even setting up some elaborate play, they’d literally shift twice just to run the ball up the middle and get stuffed.

I’m hoping Urban developed him so Ensminger and O won’t have to try to coach him up because we all know they don’t do that well. Maybe he’ll bring knowledge from being in that successful OSU system

My thoughts were 8-4/9-3 with Brennan at QB. If Burrow is as good as OSU fans think, then my prediction is 10-2/11-1

Outside of RB, this is untrue. We have a deep, dynamic, and talented WR core, an experienced and veteran OL, and a dominant defense. RB is really the only unknown outside of QB. IDK if Burrow will win the job or not, but whoever does has their choice of playmakers to get the ball to. We did also just sign the #1 WR in the country, or did you forget that? I wasn't even counting Marshall yet.

You guys need help on the OL more than anything else. Every game against Bama your OL is basically a turnstile. You had two of the most elite backs in the game recently in LF7 and Guice and they both couldn't do shite because defense is all up in your backfield. An elite QB will help but ya'll need to get a lot better on the line

A good QB solves all of that. The threat of an actual passing attack opens up the game for running backs. Do I think we win a national championship this year? Doubt it. If we had had a good QB when we had LF7 and Guice could we have won a championship? Without a doubt.

It means we beat you by 14 instead of 24. Good for you guys though.

It's in BR this year. You'll be lucky to win by 10. You might still win, but the games in BR generally are closer than Tuscaloosa.

Also, 3 star transfer Walk-on QB Andre Sale was declared eligible to play immediately. More depth at the position.

If any of the current QB's transfer, it's likely to be McMillan.

I think we improved one game. I am guessing 9 wins in the regular season now.

Sounds like Vegas is offering free money to you then. The win total is 7.5. All 4 of your possible outcomes are over.
