This is crazy, but three 30 second commercial ads may have saved us from a Cagle governership.

For my opinion... i don't think any 1 candidate is really that different than another. They are all politicians whether it is 1 year, 5 years, or 25 years. Cagle is more of the Deal mold (business focused. Possibly the devil at the same time. But Georgia would be business as usual with him as governor). But every candidate has the oportunity for the same cronyism. Denying political nature doesn't mean that it doesn't exist.

Enjoy the primary. I'm comfortable with either candidate. Anyone but Stacy/Staci

Those were two separate subjects.

Advil vs ibuprofen had to do with the power of advertising. And the health insurance thing was between me and WG after he picked this issue as one he would like explained.

That has been inuendoed on the radio. Ive heard the same (but nothing more specific) as your reply.

If it was bad enough, it would come out in a primary (otherwise it would be fodder for the democrats and cost the Republicans in the election). To my knowledge, it is never more than inuendo. It hasn't been used in the primary. Is it so bad that it will come out in the election?

On the other side: here is Nathan deal, our governor the past 8 years. And yes, this did come out in the primary. And yes, I acknowledge that the state of Georgia has been fairly managed and done well the past 8 years (which is why I don't fear Cagle and the establishment like some... being business focused is good for the state's business).

Even worse... when my baby used to wake up at 5 am, and we would go grocery shopping on Saturday mornings, I found out you can't buy beer in Athens until 7:30 am (non sunday). Because 7:30 am is ok, but 6:45 is just too early.

And way too early if it is Sunday. God's [sic] day.

I remember moving to South Carolina in the early 2000's and they sold beer on Sunday, before it was legal in the state I was born and raised in. Much to my surprise, there were no drunk people driving around killing church people on Sunday mornings.

It was crazy.

How could it be possible that people could purchase alcoholic beverages on a Sunday without also killing Christians?
