A day after Fox comments all over the news about programs cheating. Odd timing

I care about UGA basketball. Look, Fox is going to get canned. Hagans would’ve been wasted at UGA so it makes sense for him to go elsewhere.
I’d rather have a new coach in ‘19, than a combo of Fox/Hagans.

We are using our basketball scholarships on football now

I don’t mind people liking baseketball and wanting to be good. That said, basketball is the sport I care the least about combined with UGA clear acceptance of Fox and mediocrity it’s not hard to see why other fans of the team also got complacent.

This is why no UGA fan is caught up in basketball recruiting. Nobody ever thought that commitment would stick anyway. Neither will the other big name recruit.

Only to commit to the football program. Kirby’s that good, y’all.

Come on down Mr.Hagans
Auburn's future backcourt is in damn fine hands with Hagans and Isaac Okoro.

Let's see if McGarity can redeem himself with this hire.

Sorry, sounds like he wants to go to Kentucky.

Has UK even offered him? The last I heard the cats have not plus they have a 5 star PG coming in, is it for certain he is reclassifying and will be eligible next season?

Hagans has been saying in interviews that he's not reclassifying. If that's true, he'll probably end up in Kentucky's '19 class. Evan Daniels (247 national basketball analyst) has said that Hagans is taking the course work to graduate high school in May and he still thinks that Hagans ends up in the '18 class.

Crean and Hayes will meet with Hagans on Thursday according to Dawgnation, it would be great if we could get him back on board.

Not surprised, he probably doesn't want to compete for playing time. No matter what he'd be coming off the bench, we run a 3 guard system but Jared Harper, Bryce Brown, and Mustapha Heron are as locked in as starters as you can get. Hagans would be competing with Davion Mitchell to see who'd be backing up Harper and who'd move to the 2 to backup Brown.

STFU. You’re just talking shite. You never turn down a 5 Star. Sounds like Louisville is in the mix with Mack taking the job. The kid is not going to Auburn.

Yes, Cal has offered and yes, we have a 5 Star PG coming. Hagans plays awesome defense and it is something Cal is looking for.

If Havana reclasses I would think UGA can get back in the mix. If he stays 2019 we are likely just a hat on the table.
