I lived in St. Pete Beach for 12 years before moving to Ft. Walton Beach in 2010. Shorts, teeshirts, flip flops and sliders are the norm in FL. I hate that flip flops between the toes thingy, but I wear slider type a lot. It's too hot and humid here to wear closed shoes all the time. My feet will get all swamp-assy if I do.

My grandfather was a WW2 vet and while my mom worked, I would stay with him and my grandmother. We only lived a couple of blocks away, so even when she didn't work I would ride my bike over and help him work. He was against it so it just rubbed off on me. Plus, I freaking hate feet

You were right the entire time. Once that pitcher started sucking, I knew it was over then. That was before they even loaded up the bases. He was just trying to be a shite head.

Stephon Wright has a few schools in mind for official visits (247Sports)

quote:

Los Angeles (Calif.) Cathedral defensive lineman Stephon Wright is still wrestling with whether or not to make an early decision.

Wright is one of the best and most versatile defensive lineman in the region. He’s an inside/outside guy who could line up just about anywhere and fit in any scheme.

“Most schools like me as a five or three-tech,” Wright said. “I think I can move around and make plays and I’m comfortable playing multiple spots along the defensive line.”

On the recruiting front, Wright’s most recent offer came from Alabama after he camped with the Tide earlier this month.

“I had a great visit and really liked it out there,” Wright said. “You can definitely feel the championship atmosphere out there. It’s so competitive and the coaches really push you hard. My host who took me around said the normal team practices are 10 times harder then what we went through so it’s no wonder they’re so good every year.

“Tosh Lupoi is my primary recruiter and he has been on me for a while now. He came out to my school in the spring and said he really wanted me to come up and visit so I could tell they were interested. It was still an incredible feeling to get the offer. i talked with coach Saban for a good amount of time in his office and when he offered, I was definitely excited about it.”

“The schools recruiting me the hardest right now that I have the best relationships with are probably Oregon, USC, TCU, Texas and Washington,” Wright said. “I want to try and take an unofficial visit to Oregon in the summer if I can but I don’t have a set date or anything yet.

“I’m going back and forth on whether I should make an early commitment or wait until the fall but right now, I’m leaning towards taking my four visits in the fall and deciding later in the year." Wright has already taken an official visit to Colorado, an unofficial visit to Washington and was up at USC this past weekend.

“I know I’ll officially visit Washington and they stay in constant contact with me and my mom. Coach K (Kwiatkowski, DC), coach Malloe and coach Will Harris are my primary recruiters. I want to visit Oregon officially as well but I’m keeping them all open for now.”

Wright said he was supposed to visit with the Texas coaches when they were out for a Satellite camp but he was in the South at the time. “I like Texas and the DC there told me i had an offer,” Wright said. “They wanted me to come out and meet the staff and I wanted to but that’s when I was visiting Bama, LSU and Georgia.

“I like TCU too and they have actually been recruiting me since my freshman year but just offered this year. I was at USC for the 7v7 tournament last weekend. i didn’t play in it but was there watching and I talk with coach Udeze all the time. We have a great relationship and I always have a strong comfort level when I’m at USC.”
