Whoa. Has to be way more to this story. On the surface, it doesn't make much sense.

Definitely want to know the entire story of what went down

He has to be smarter than that. If you buy someone something and it's in their name, you can't take it back. Plus, you have millons, just go buy another dang car. Idiot move if true.

Who will be the first to post it on the Rant? Auburn Phan..... LSU fan.... or a Bama fan?

Edit... LSU fan (Restomod) beat out Bama fan (CapstoneGrad06) by 2 minutes.

Idk who downvoted me, but like I said, there is way more to the story. Thanks for the scoop, Monty.

Jay Barker:

From a good source with knowledge of the situation, they are saying that Marlon accidentally took a phone charger from an Uber driver’s car when he got out and now driver has filed charges. May be more info coming but this is what we are hearing right now.

Well that's two very different versions of the story.

Version A: Two men robbed the bank and ran over there.
Version B: I like ice cream.

If this is the case, couldn't Marlon offer him loads of money and a "I'm terribly sorry" note to get the guy to drop charges?

Accidentally taking a phone charger doesn't rise to the level of robbery. Not even close.

SMH.... what is really going on?

That report is from the University PD (not the Sheriff's Dept)... it shows 4th Degree Theft of Property, not 3rd degree robbery.

If that's the report of record, then somebody screwed up bad...
