A piece of shite that doesn't know the difference between right and wrong or doesn't care.
If we can't lock trash up for 20 years for the protection of decent people (how unfair, the US has such a large prison population!), they should at least be sterilized so that they can't reproduce and pass on that sociopath gene.
Trash like this are almost as dangerous as drunk or texting drivers and are more dangerous than pit bulls.
