There’s a reason I goaded the LSU fans into defending him. They can’t pull a “oh we didn’t want him anyways” again like they did with Chief.

Actually, I think they're right. Maybe LSU paid too much, but it's O's strategy to hire and keep the best coordinators in the country. LSU admin bought into that and now they've showed they are ready to support him.
