Are division championships something to be proud of?

Only weigh in if your team is a member of the big 5. Obviously if you're arkansas, miss state, and missouri division championships are all you have. Every program should forever remember national championship teams, sec championship teams, and now cfp teams, but what about teams that only win the division?

Winning the division should be the bare minimum expectations for 6-7 schools in this conference.

I don't believe Nick Saban shows his West Division rings to recruits as a big item.....then again maybe he does....

I mean you don't even have to win the division to win the NC, so It's really not that important.

That's a good point too. I mean, only two SEC schools have done it so far. Pretry exclusive I guess. On the other hand, every team has in the sec has won the division except for kentucky, vandy, texas am and ole miss.

If you've never won the whole thing then what else do you have to be proud of??
For the conf major programs it's just a part of the end goal. I start the season just focusing on wanting to make it to ATL.
CFP has to many outside factors to worry about it early on. Unless going undefeated were my expectations which is unrealistic.

I didn’t know division champ was even a thing. I would just say “we won the west” I would never say “we were west champs”

That was part of the bowl game gift since Outback Bowl is on the side. Decent attempt though.
