Good hire, it'll take 3-4 years to get players for his system and he needs a great DC hire but I think he can win 8-10 consistently at Arkansas one day.

Morris's System is not new to the SEC. When Gus came into the SEC, the league was still running the Power I Offenses were you huddle every down. His success will be dependent on getting a great duel threat QB and a decent DC.
