I know GPJr personally and he is not only one of the greatest bassists of all time, but he is an awesome human being as well.

I think he is a good coach, but obviously there are some flaws.
Not everyone can coach in this league though. His style may be better suited for West coast and Mid West conferences.
I'd take him over Brian Kelly any day though!
