Now that there’s new life? Hope the post iron bowl locker room fight is completely over with and all are on the same page. They should all feel very lucky, a lot of teams don’t get a second chance like this. I hope they take it all in.

I’m out of the loop, there was actually a locker room fight? Or is this an unsubstantiated rumor.

I believe they’re ready to show everyone that they mean business. Several said Saturday that if they get the chance that they will prove that they belong in the playoffs. I believe them.

So how did you become both a Bama and Ohio State fan?

How’d you feel about Sunday’s results?

If “Boz” is any indication as to who he may know, we may know the same person.

I put this in the other thread but the team is flying high. Getting healthy and working out. This couldn't have worked out better.

Never really believed Bama would be in the playoffs again and not win the conference, not even the division. Now that they are, I really believe there’s no stopping them. The giant is woke!!!

Keep up the good work!

You’ve really helped my moral which was getting quit fatalistic after the Auburn debacle.

It’s good to know that steps are being taken.

Yeah I hope steps are also being taken to confirm locker room fights instead of posting unsubstantiated bull shite

I would feel much better if the offensive and defensive lines said that rather than the skill players.

Seriously, the team usually refocuses after a loss anyway. But now with the players having a month to prepare, get healthy, being told they don't belong, and playing a team that beat them last year, it set ups almost perfectly for Bama.

This has all of the hallmarks we normally expect for Bama to have their best possible game. I wouldn't be surprised if this is by far the best game the kids play this year.

I really, really, really hope UGA beat OU too. A) just to shut up Baker Mayfield B) I think Bama has a much higher probability of beating them. It's like looking in a mirror, but a less talented and less experienced in big games, mirror.

I don't think Hurts can read defenses, or throw, well enough to keep any of these teams defenses honest against the run. But maybe all of the criticism and doubt will light a fire under him. He needs to get a little warmth to him, he is way to stoic and calm in the pocket. Comes across as cold and dumb at times. He needs more urgency, and maybe this is what he needed in order to find some.

The o-line also needs to ignore their all-SEC press clippings, and start playing up to their talent. Tired of watching them get pushed around. But, to be fair, that may be partially scheme related. Under Pendry, Bama ran a power zone, and the offensive coordinators adjusted to it. But under Kiffin and Daboll it's been more of a pure zone scheme, and the guys never seem to get the push they should be capable of.

It was posted on here that there was a brawl in the looker room after the Auburn game involving Ridley and some yet to be named.

I assume that va40 is saying I spread this rumor and I guess I did. But it started on this board and was stated as a matter of fact. So...

Color me surprised.

I am really not a fan of how Ridley carries himself. Plus, I hold him to a higher standard since he is 32 years of age.

Where you the poster bitching out saying you were going to quit Bama and all that other nonsense after one loss to Auburn? Was that you or someone else? You back on the bandwagon now?

I think my point is that unless any of us were there we don't know if there was a fight. I don't get into rumor and speculation

Dumb is definitely the wrong word.

It’s more a matter of quickness of mind that may be lacking.

I lack it. The ability to process visual information and then take appropriate physical action. It’s why some people are good at video games.

One can be brilliant yet not quick to respond like an effective qb is.

People just process information differently. Take Tua. He has what I call a quick twitch brain. That doesn’t mean he would beat Jalen in a game of chess or be better at math. But it does mean he will scan the field faster and process the info faster and pick out the reciever faster and then fire the correct neurons to throw the ball faster.
