Ridley has had a "pouty" attitude all year it seems. He needs to man up, shut up, and do his job 100% on every play. Learn from the legends that came before you in Julio and Coop. Those guys busted their tails every play and never had anything but great attitudes. Julio would have killed for as many touches as Ridley gets. I get frustration, but you have to contain it or it can become a cancer to your team.
