So what is the board's feeling on the HC job?

More interested in everyone's gut feeling than what you think your "sources" are saying.
I think at the end of it all it will be Norvell.
But I'm ok with Morris too.
I just think Kiffen is too much of a loose cannon for the big wigs on the hill.

I would guess they are leaning towards Norvell or Morris as safe bets at this point. But it would be just that, a guess. Rev or Stoney probably have a better idea but right now the the situation seems to be pretty fluid still.

I think Norvell is the most logical choice.
Young, hungry, very much wants the job, ties to the state, offensive-minded, good recruiter, from Texas, has HC experience, and has P5 coordinator experience.
We could do much worse.

I would rather have Kiffin or Norvell over Bernt Vegetables, but I am like everybody else just want it finished.

Kiffin is the best coach available.
I'd prefer Morris over Norvell but think any of those 3 are a big improvement over Bert.

1. Make a serious run at Kiffen.
2. Check on Gundy, just to see.
3. One of Norvell or Morris. At this point, I would prefer Norvell because of state ties. Morris is doing good work at SMU and has valuable ties in a recruiting area we need to get stronger in.
