How big of a hire would Fisher to Texas A&M be?

TLDR: The biggest coaching hire in over 50 years. Prepare yourselves.

Would be a great hire IMO and would good for UGA, would help get some recruits back in the fold for 19' that are or were FSU leans

I mean it's a good hire, but you gotta wonder about a coach who goes 4-7 just because he lost a QB early in the season. Team completely fell apart. And FSU completely dominates the rest of the ACC (outside of Clemson) as far as talent goes. Not a good look.

I guess Aggy needs something to still feel relevant around here.

Hiring damaged goods could do it until October of 2018

The aggie whirlpool of mediocrity will suck Fisher down into it's crushing depths beneath the surface and sacrifice what remains of his career to Davy Jone's locker.

It's not like y'all did anything with a former Bama coach, so we're not intimidated with your getting a former FSU coach.

If he comes and then A&M DOESNT win big then we can finally put to bed the myth than aggy has some magical untapped "potential"

What has Jimbo done without Jameis?

He's just like Chizik with Cam.

A one-trick monkey.

Considering you guys were already recruiting top offensive talent and running a high scoring offense, not really a big hire at all. I see more of the same in your future.

The hire will be monumental. It has to happen at this point. No way ATM goes full Aggie on this one. You have every reason to be excited.

He isn't stupid enough to not have a defense like Rumlin so that is a plus.
