Tennessee and Arkansas should keep their coach

Not because they deserve another year. Because the SEC will have enough coaching searches going on.
Florida and most likely A&M will be searching for one and can outbid arky and UT on top of being more attractive programs.
Then Ole Miss will also be looking for a new coach.
Chances are, you'll just get stuck with another shitty coach and be back at the same spot in 3 years. Wait till next year unless you can get a prior commitment from a solid coach before canning the current one.

Opinions are like assholes, everyone has one.

Thanks for giving out such sage advice to the 20 Arkansas fans who post here and have nothing to do with who will be the HC.

Don’t worry OP we don’t want Merlins

Wow, thanks for making this thread. First time I've heard this viewpoint.

Jesus Christ Miss St fans are annoying. I wish people would stop mentioning Mullens with the Tennessee job so they will calm down.

For what it's worth, UA pockets are plenty deep and they will pay big $$$ for the right person if need be. I would think UT can do the same.
Lots of quality guys won't touch Florida right now and A&M may be the same if they fire Sumlin who has been consistent.
So your theory doesn't hold much water...
Florida a better job than Arky..... yet Arky spanked them last year.... it wasn't close.

There is enough good coaches out there for them to upgrade too .

I was looking for a witty John Hamm gif to respond with. But this is funny so w/e.

Not as deep as A&Ms. We are very well endowed.

Sumlin at home against SEC West opponents is like 3-12. You are out of your fricking mind if you think he's a good coach.

Florida is a better job than Arky. One football game doesn't change that. Win 6 in a row then talk.

if arkansas wants to get norvell i think they need to do it this year. he'll either be off the market in a year or will be on the radar of bigger fish.

I doubt Arkansas takes Norvell.

Why are folks saying this as well? He is an Arkansas born and bred fella, he has a home in Arkansas, he wouldn't be hard to get if he goes elsewhere.
Geeze... I like him, but there should be other overtures first.

Florida football had retired AD Foley and retired and demented former HC Spurrier meddling in the program. What good coach wants to deal with that?
Spurrier was walking into OC team meetings and suggesting new plays, then off to get drunk and play golf.

Pretty sure UT is in some trouble financially within their AD. Don't know the extent of it but I've seen UT fans talking about it.

Still don't think he's done much of note yet. He took over a program that Fuente built, and has more talent than pretty much all of his conference opponents.
