As someone who would put college football straight in my vein with a needle, this is like pulling teeth.
Keep it moving.

Nah they had time allotted between games to let the fans get in and both teams get warm on the court.

Based only on one half of basketball (aka not much) I’d think we match up with Kentucky well. Kansas is a way more skilled team, but Kentucky’s size has allowed them to overcome their sloppiness. That plays right into our hands.

Lots of reasons to be optimistic. Need to see a pattern of quality guard play.

neither team impressed me. kansas was pretty lackluster IMO. arizona is the only team on our schedule that scares me so far

i wouldnt put too much stock in tonights game. kansas was down to like 7 players and whenever kentucky has an entirely new team like they do this year, they get going after new years when cal can figure everything out around their talent

I got the same vibe. Now Duke & MSU might be a different story at this point.

Are they expected to get anyone back? They lost to the draft, transfers, SRs, and I think one guy just quit.

Maybe. I know they just reload, but some years are more talented than others. At this point, only Knox & Diallo are projected to be lottery picks and both at the back end, not near the top 5 or so.

They have a 5 star freshman PF that was held out last night. He got in a wreck driving a vehicle that may not be on the up-and-up

That was the play billy drew up

Turned on with 7 min left in the first half, effort on both sides of the court seemed lacking.
