Not sure if some of y'all caught my sarcasm

I know that these negotiations and contracts take major time and don't happen at the snap of a finger.

we are most certainly Gator NATION, but i think strick has been a cool customer about the whole thing. he would have already said we weren't getting kelly if that was case. he doesn't strike me as the out of touch type.

it's been played well. now that the initial fever pitch has died a little it'll be sudden when the presser is announced.

Leave Stricklin out of it -- if it wasn't happening, Kelly would have told us. He gains nothing from being silent, he'd just say ''nah, I'm not looking at Florida''. But, we know for a fact that they've been in talks.

I agree. I've met Stricklin a few times, the guy is sharp and has a great handle on communications. Maybe he didn't anticipate the full extent of crazy he would encounter, but I think he has handled it with a sense of calm and confidence.

If it means anything, Scott has been quiet today. Usually tweets and congratulates the bball team for a win ect...

Hopefully he’s busy wrapping this deal up

He wasn't seen on campus all day, either, and there are multiple sources saying that they're starting to vet/get Kelly's boys on board. Especially after the gag order, this is pretty big.

I'm not sure why a coach has to demand this.

This should be the fricking standard. It shouldn't take a possible coach demanding that they built modern facilities for us to build those facilities. We should build them because they make the program better beyond just a coach.

It's ridiculous man. Invest in the program at a championship level if you want to win at a championship level. shite isn't that hard

It's fricking stupid. Jeremy Foley did so many great things for this University, but you HAVE to acknowledge that college football is an arms race and facilities play a major role in creating a championship level environment for a championship program.

You can't win a war when you refuse to acknowledge there's a war going on.
