This is what makes Tennessee's lack of success even more mindblowing. Florida has been relatively down over this time period, and they are battling it out with the likes of Vandy and Kentucky.

You do realize if Bama was in the East - That would add probably 10 wins to the East and subtract 10 wins from the west and make the sides almost identical. Also if you count the fact that Bama would probably have won the conference every season then the East would have more wins counting the championship games.

You can beat your chest all you want, but this league is Bama and the bunch.

UGA and UF are over all schools in the West not named Bama.

For any of you who may be math challenged. A 24 WIN difference is NOT a 24 GAME difference!
It is a 12 GAMES. The west has won 12 more games.

12 games over 5 seasons. 2 per year.


While the West may be "better" ....it ain't a big deal. It is still SEC football.
