Nick Saban has a championship belt his defense has passed around at times and Mark Richt has the gold chain. Some teams can understand it's motivation to get it and for others they get distracted.
Aggies were celebrating that baton for way too long and seems like they forgot there was a game going on and more people needed to make plays and earn the baton. They need to learn to take care of business and safe the cocky for the end of a successful season.

Iirc it was handed to him by a coach which is the worse part to me.

The pimp cane was the turning point of the whole thing. It literally put a hex on the entire Aggie football program. I don't see how there's any coming back from this.
