That's fine. We have enough on our schedule that if we do our part, we are in the playoff no problem.

To high, would prefer 18-21 range. I believe the Nat Champ should be 1 until they lose, so Clemson being 5 so they can put the 1 vs 2 on ESPN is kinda shitty.

Gus needn't waste time on this.
He's got important stuff going on. Maybe Hugh has the time right now.

I wanted us to be 14, so 13 is about right. 13 is a lucky number for some.
We looked like a top 5 team at times last year, when our whole squad was healthy. We have improved at the QB position, and appear to have equal or better replacements at the spots we lost. Deserving of the 13 spot at least.

Like I said in the rant thread: I think it's reasonable, but wouldn't mind it being lower. But the second part is purely for selfish reasons.

Agree, but would rather see us lower...25th+ and completely off the radar would be fine with me. With Clemson, LSU, UGA, and Bama lined up, win and you're in. Lose and it doesn't matter anyway,

Because of our schedule, it really doesn't matter where we start. If we go in to both Death Valleys and come away with wins, we would've been ranked extremely high after those games regardless.

At what time did we play a quality opponent and look like a top 5 team...when we beat LSU?

C'mon man. During the middle of last season, we were considered one of the hottest teams in the nation. There is no denying that.

Atleast it's not top 10, preseason top 10 generally doesn't end well for us.

This mindset is so dumb. I hope you people don't approach your real lives with this mindset

No I'm not superstitious with my everyday life, just Auburn football.
