If we eventually let beilama go would anyone here be ok with Dan Mullin?

I think this guy can really develop qbs and we will always have a good offense and on the surface this makes me really like the guy but then I notice that he's lost against some really sub par competition such as South Alabama last year and seems to have trouble getting a good defense. The question is are these drawbacks due to him as a coach or what he has to work with at Mississippi State. Because I do believe we are a better can than state and can get him more talent. What are you guys opinion on mullin?

I think he is a decent coach...But you better get someone better than Mullen if you get rid of CBB.

No man, no. There is a reason other schools haven't hired him away from MSU.

Our recruiting rankings are pretty similar since he has been there so I'm not sure he'd have a ton more talent here. But I agree that traditionally we are a much better job.

Yeah he's had success with QBs and yes MSU is hard to win at, but I wouldn't want Dan. He reminds me too much of Nutt.

I think he's done good at Mississippi State, but also thinks he gets too much credit as a quarterback developer. and yes I know who he had coached besides Dak.
I'd rather take Kliff Kingsbury. And that says something.

So I gather that the off season is officially under way now?
