Logical thought is a foreign concept to you, apparently.
Winning the regular season does not give you an automatic bid into tournaments. There are quite a few other conferences outside of the SEC if you weren't aware. Typically, those are the conferences that hold the teams in which we play during our out-of-conference slate.
....dingus.

Hell ole miss fans didn't know where their outfield sitting area was until MSU started sitting in the outfields and Bianco finally started winning in the regular season and choking in the playoffs. And nothing, I mean nothing, says classy like beer showers.

Here is the final say so.
Both regular season and tournament champions are in fact conference champions. It's not one of the other.
Absolutely.

But not all championships are created equal. The regular season one holds more weight than any weekend or week long tournament.
Debatable. One holds the weight of automatic NCAA tournament bids and the other depends on the strength of the conference.
Tourny championships hold more actual weight and implications. Regular season championships are harder to accomplish. They're both different and similar. They each hold a certain prestige.

I guess we are similar in some ways....

What's baffling are the LSU and Ole Miss fans taking shots at Dudy Noble and the LFL.
The whole "Death Valley on a Saturday night" lore and the "never lost a party" Grove traditions are 100% based on fan reaction and attachment to those sites. Look at Tiger Stadium or the Grove in clear daylight , without the teeming crowds. There is nothing special or really even appealing about those places. The people and the memories make the venue.
But y'all knew that

Can you name a regular season conference champion that did not make the ncaa tournament? And I'm not talking about one ineligible either.

There are examples of this every year in college basketball. That should be common knowledge for anyone that remotely pays attention to March Madness and this is coming from an Ole Miss fan that rarely has a reason to pay attention come that time.
First one that comes to mind is UT Arlington going to the NIT after going 14-4 in conference play last year. Troy went because they won their conference tournaments. The NCAA didn't think UTA's regular season resume was good enough at 27-9.

These pics of OU stadium got me to thinking: Did OM move the fences back from the original dimensions?
Seems like OU park used to be a launching pad, but the HR numbers aren't what they used to be. Of course, Steven Head et al, aren't playing there right now either

That doesn't count. Of course, the little guy isn't getting in. This is the SEC.

I think the dead bats is what killed off those numbers.
But yeah...some of our old big bats like Head just destroyed the ball with those bats. The wind usually goes to right-center as well so that usually helps.

Was sure you were gonna say Vaiden, MS.
Only strip club I know of with a wood burning Buck-stove on the floor

Sure, it counts.
You're saying(and agreeing with me) that the prestige/implications/rewards of winning the regular season title is purely dependent on the strength of the rest of the conference.
Winning the tournament holds constant.

The CF batters-eye was riddled with dents from line drives

Amazingly....that's about the same time that SEC and college baseball really took off as a conference.
LSU and MSU fans were really the only ones that remotely gave a shite about college baseball in the mid-90's and before.
and yes...we still had students that sat in RF before Bianco so I'm not sure exactly what your point is.

2/3rds the way up one of the center field light structures is a rather large dent from an Alabama hitter right before they changed bats.
I think that was the longest/highest/hardest/whatever HR I've ever seen at Swayze followed by Head hitting one beyond the tennis courts in RF and one that went over the trees beyond the LF terrace.
