He walked to the table, he lunged at her with a closed fist when he could have walked away, he proceeded to roundhouse punch her. He got what he was looking for.

Yeah I agree with you here. This is totally different sentiment than the "he should have hit a girl" argument. He's obviously not a good character, but unfortunately the nfl owners don't care about that. He'll get league minimum at minimum somewhere.

Mixon called her male friend a **** and she stood up for him. Far from being "trash" she was being brave, if foolish.
Mixon is 100% at fault. He's garbage of the highest order and deserves a vicious permanent-damage-inducing, career-ending beatdown.

It's related to Auburn because the only chance of winning anything is by the players of another team, or Bama being down.

The coach runs a gimmick offense and the defense, outside of these last 2 or so years, has been regularly porous.

He's a piece of shite, yes. He could have given her a shove, and had it separated quickly. However, getting the shove from the girl isn't what set him off. Getting a slap/scratch across the neck/face is what did it. His swing was not justified, but she also isn't an innocent little bee.

If I decided to go up to a guy twice my size and take a swing at him, I would be doing so with an understanding that I'm about to get my arse kicked. If a video of such a thing leaked, everyone would find it hilarious.

Totally agree, no man should lay his hands on a woman EVER. Was looking at the article over on ESPN and there are so many losers on their defending his actions or condoning it that it makes me ill. Never lay your hands on a woman, PERIOD.

Totally agree he was sober, she was drunk, he said something that set her off right before she pushed him. Very well put, you walk away ...you do not under any circumstance short of attempted murder lay your hands on a woman, its sad all these people on the internet trying to defend him saying it was ok cause it is "modern times". Its worse over at ESPN in the comments section, just basically a bunch of "hardcore" thugs defending his actions saying she got what she had coming to her and calling her trash, its sad times indeed, i just pray they all never breed.
