I seriously haven't had a bad experience with any SEC fanbase and I've been to most every SEC campus, sure there's shitty fans from every fanbase but never enough of them to make me hate them
Overall though

Nicest: Texas A&M, but it was Bama's first trip there, so maybe they were on their best behavior.
Worst: Probably UT, met a lot of good UT people, but they seem to have the most bad apples.

It's hard to guage the collective as each have both good and bad.
I think I've had best experiences with LSU and Ole Miss fans at their stadiums. But, biased noted, Bama fans generally treat visitors pretty well, too.
Growing up in North Alabama, UT fans were always the most annoying to me. Especially during the Peyton and Tee Martin years.
