"He plays a vital role in recruiting, which has helped Ole Miss land four straight top-15 signing classes, including the 2013 and 2016 hauls that ranked top five in the nation."
So a vital role player in Ole Miss's recruiting has just been let got by the university. What a coincidence.

Well, just because he once played a vital role, doesn't mean he's expendable. He should have been let go long ago. I hope he's not the last. We better cut our ties with some of these dudes ASAP for a number of reasons.

Good news in that it gets a top recruiter out of the ranks.
But I don't see this as a game changer in the NCAA saga. His role has already been played and he's not going to sing. Dude's already beat cancer and wasn't looking at another 25 years in the biz anyway. He'll take his compensation and quietly retire, imo. Rebs just need to keep CHF from making stupid comments in the paper and pissing him off (see exhibit F, Lindsy Miller)

I don't know. Maye he will talk. I'd like to know how he determined how much we paid. Did we match the State going rate? Tennessee's? Pretty sure we couldn't keep up with Bama.

Oh, I'm sure he's already talked to his peers and given advice on the price rates for the 2018 class. I absolutely believe that the bagmen from OM and MSU have a professional relationship
I don't believe he'll purposely say anything to harm OM
