LSU may have gotten more creative on offense...

But let's not act like their schedule has gotten any tougher. Who have the Tigers played since their loss to Auburn at Jordan-Hare? Practically no one.
- Missouri is 2-5 and will most likely be 2-6 after playing Kentucky this weekend. An offensively inept Florida team even hung 40 on them.
- Southern Miss is Southern Miss. They got beat by Troy and a team called UTSA hung 55 on them.
- Ole Miss is LSU's best win in this three-game stretch and best win so far this season. But they are 3-4 (and will be 3-5 after losing to Auburn this weekend). The Rebels aren't the same team that they were in September and will most likely finish the season 6-6.
So yeah, trumpet your recent success as you've earned it, but don't act like you played anyone tough.

Ok, only Alabama fans are allowed to enjoy football. Got it, thanks.

I don't know why you're laughing. They still have Auburn and Texas A&M on their schedule. It's very conceivable they lose both of those games. If they do...they finish with at least six losses.

Dude, let them have this. After the Auburn game, any sign of life out of that offense is a cure that even fans of House would consider incredulous. Yes, the defenses they faced were atrocious, but it also gave them the chance to try new things that they would have been likely reluctant to try against a top tier defense.

I am very scared that we won't cover the spread because we tend to forget how to play offense when we visit Tiger Stadium.

And who has bama beaten?
A garbage USC team and another A&M team that is worthless without Johnny football
The only common opponent thus far is Ole Miss and bama was lucky to escape that one

I'm laughing at you trying to act like Bama's win over OM in September is somehow better than LSU's win over them in October.
It's hilarious.

so what does that say about Alabama beating them by 5 points and allowing 43?

Yeah LSU's defense will make Bama forget

Ole Miss vs Alabama: 43 points
Ole Miss vs LSU: 21 points
(8 came off of a drive that started on LSUs 10)
Sowwy.

Well, LSU just held the team Bama gave up 43 points and over 500 yards to to 321yds and 19 points.

That Bama spotted them a 21 point lead and still led by 20 in the 4th

Brah, as hard as it is to admit...he's right.
You could tell that the morale of the players was greatly impacted after the loss to Arkansas (giving the Rebels three before November). Ole Miss thought they were going to challenge for a conference title, now they might only win 6 games during the regular season.
LSU clearly isn't the same team that we saw at Lambeau Field during the first week of the season, but neither is Ole Miss the same team that look so dominant in the first half against Florida State and Alabama.
That team is starting to spiral out of control in a manner similar to LSU after losing to Alabama at home in 2012. Guys lose some motivation when they are no longer nationally relevant or competing for championships.

They beat the shite out of a Vols team that was playing their waterboy and a couple of guys from the cheerleading squad.

Alabama went on a 45-6 run and was up 48-30 with less than 5 minutes left in the game. I wouldn't call that "lucky" but that's just me.
We also played them at Ole Miss in our true freshman QB's first true road game.
