It is above the ankle. Ligaments outside the ankle that connect the the leg bones... Tibia and Fibula I think.
Those ligaments basically keep your foot/ankle from "racking" when you step. Keeps the ankle under the leg bones. So when they are "loosened up", the foot/ankle can roam around which stretches them out again.
It is very easy to reinsure just by walking or twisting it
In short, it hurst like a motherfricker...

Thanks. I will be consulting the medical dictionary soon. I guess in country boy terms...it is above the ankle ligament issues that hurts really bad.

I like this explanation.

That's because he is drunk already. You can tell by his writing he is already three large glasses into Don Julio.

Nope. Just bad writing skills. I have not conversed with Don since last weekend.
I am off the Don for a while

so
If he's really practicing it's likely not the high-ankle strain we dread?

Just consult the interwebs on "hurts like a motherfricker" and you will see whatever you need.

He has had a good week of practice AKA his foot rotted slap off.

"Kerryon's getting healthier, we'll see," Auburn coach Gus Malzahn said during the Tiger Talk radio program Thursday night. "He practiced again (Thursday). He's not 100 percent, but we'll see where he is before game time."

No I didnt. I was headed to do the Orlando 70.3. I was basically finished with the training and ready to go. I actually enjoyed the training and my job gave me the time to do it. But after my ankle, I was screwed.
I am thinking about going back next year and finishing it. And yes, certainly a bucket list thing to get done. I have done a few sprints and a half marathon but would like to at least do the 70.3..

Yeah if its not a 100% by now, then he likely won't play this Saturday. Prob needs another week or two.

We won't need him this week, but it would be nice to get him another 200 yards.

We need him... he's our only back that can make guys miss. I like pettway, but where CP can get you 4 yards, KJ can get you 8.

There was an al.com article on JFIII practicing a lot with 1st string, but I don't think it specified as QB. I wonder if we're planning on using him more as a speed back and in the game the same time as Sean. Also, if KJ is out, I would imagine JFIII becomes are wildcat QB.

I "retired" from tris but actually dusted off the bike last weekend and took a 15 mile hilly ride. It was somewhat fun. Care to pick a race and let you knock out the bucket list and get me back off the couch?
