They clearly screwed the pooch

No... they will win the East because UT will lose their next two cross-conference games

Joe alleva on 104.5.. "We had everything in place to play this game anywhere "

Offer Florida and LSU the option of playing it Sunday or Monday in Gainesville. If either team refuses then they take the forfeit. Fair?

Alleva said LSU offered to do that and Florida said no because of safety concerns

Seems fair to me. Looks like any day this weekend or Monday should work after this weather update for Gainesville

LSU already offered to play Sunday or Monday. Florida refused.

I'll take that safety for the mother fricking win.

obviously it will never happen but they probably do deserve to forfeit.

I'm torn.....On one hand, the shutout would help LSU's scoring defense look great. On the other, 2 points would make the offense look worse than it already does......
No they shouldn't force a loss. Don't be fricking dense.

Joe needs to be on the phone with the Tenn AD and they should both be pushing for this, how are they not more outraged over UF trying to back into winning the East?

I'm aware of this.
What I'm saying is now that the situation is assessed and can be shown safe, the SEC steps in and makes an ultimatum with teeth. That's completely different than LSU offering earlier in the week and Florida having no repercussions for declining.

Is anything real or genuine in this country any more?
Is anything handled in a forthright manner?
This situation would seem to fit what I have heard. LSU is willing to play and UF is not.
Are a legion of lawyers telling the SEC that it is impotent in the face of the Gator tantrum?
Or what?

It's too late now that the game has already been postponed. The players, fans, security, staff, etc needs more than a few days notice. Florida dragged their feet as long as they could so this game would be delayed. It's embarrassing that our game is the only one in FL that won't be played this weekend or made up on a future date. A neutral site could've been found if UF put in some effort

Those scared pussies deserve a loss.

How are we gonna play a football game? Did you not see those powerful 35mph winds? This storm is setting records lol. Foley and Bucky will not play no matter what because the storm has never been the issue.
