This list will obviously change over the season but what do you think about week one? I am sure there will be plenty of trolling as usual but serious thoughts are appreciated.
I will comment on games and staffs I saw only.
1. Bama..Saban trolled everybody into thinking Cooper Bateman was the guy and instead used two freshman. Defensive gameplan was on point and Lane did a great job as usual.
2. Arkansas..Bert is growing on me. I know I have him too high for this week but his decision to go for 6 on fourth down with 5 or 6 minutes left instead of kicking for a tie won me over.
3. Auburn. .Gus put on a shite show for offense but he had is team in a position to win against a top 5 team and the defense was lights out.
4.LSU..Les tried to throw more passes but Harris is worse than bad so it is what it is. The defense looked pretty good and kept the game close.
5. Ole Miss...The defense kept Cook from going off really well. They shut down the run and made their quarterback try to win it. He did. On offense it was still disappointing to see no running game.
6. Tennessee. ..Defense was legit. Offense was disappointing. I didn't expect a great game from Dobbs but I expected a lot more than I saw.
Very tough week for SEC coaches but it's just week one so the jury is still out for these guys.

Auburn's result wasn't bad at all, but can't rank Gus anywhere near that high after what he did with and to the offense.

Gus trolled everyone by saying White was the QB when in fact he played 5

They scored 14 off 2 turnovers in the first half and 6 in the 2nd. Sluggish offensive game for us...better than usual for LSU

It may be in contention for the the worst offensive coaching effort of all time, so I think it should probably be demoted a couple spots.

definitely the worst one I have ever seen in my 41 years on this planet and that's including high school games. no fricking way he ranks #3. he had talent and Dabo keeping him close in spite of his pitiful effort.

Not bad except for gus...THE offensive genius had 8 MONTHS to come up with a plan for opening night and he served up that steaming piece of poo??? Defense was amazing but gonna get run down quick being on the field so much. The clown car offense made gus the laughing stock of the first weekend.

The offensive play calling was the worst that I have seen, in my many years, for any team. Ever
125. Auburn
Unless more teams have joined the NCAA then we are lower

Fixed.

I think Muschamp deserves a spot in the Top6 for the week. 5 pt underdog, on the road, SEC game. Poor S&C program before he got here, not great recruiting classes prior, and he came out with a W. He outperformed Butch Jones. Jones and UT should've blown App St out of the water.

Must not have watched Smart coach UGA vs UNC. Rookie HC vs #22. Used several freshmen who performed well. Had his team ready and kept them believing the entire game. Not saying the he'll build a career off of one game, but I like the way his head coaching career has begun. I'd love to play for him if I were coming out of high school.

Didn't rank Georgia or Carolina because I didn't see them play.
