I lived there for a while when I was a kid. It's hot, but it does have bugs.

Bought a car from there. It's a good car. Dothan is okay by me.

When you're stuck in AIT at Ft Rucker for 4 months, Dothan feels like a metropolis.

What? Daleville not exciting enough for you?

Meh. There's nothing particularly good or bad about Dothan. I wouldn't choose to live there but there are worse cities. I will say there were some hot chicks from there. Hottest girlfriend I had in college was from there. Home of the Future Masters too which is a huge junior golf tournament.

I've always liked Dothan.

every time i go there it seems like the number one hobby of the locals is hauling rusty old junk around town in a trailer.

Agreed. I live in Dothan, it's not my favorite place in the world, but it wasn't a bad place to raise kids. Get my youngest through college and I am out of here.
