If you look up the word "stark" on Google, you'll find that it has two definitions, the first one being the one I use.
It says it means "severe or bare in appearance or outline"
So in essence, Starkville literally means "bare town."
I think the description matches the area.

Cheap, ignorant, bad taste, unexposed, untraveled, unread. The men in camouflage, the women eating slop out of a trough as they wander around aimlessly attempting to socialize within their NASCAR culture. Shithole town, school, and fanbase. I expect their heads to explode this November as king crab escapes the bucket permanently

An Ole Miss fan, who's college is located in OXFORD, making fun of Starkville is like Leslie Jones calling Kate Beckinsale ugly.

You should get out of the trailer park more.

You know, I was writing that in that Cook Out thread and then had an epiphany, Starkville means this and I will prove it

But in reality, most people would be suprised to see what Starkville has turned in to. I mean, the only thing to do here is drink and get fairly beligerent. If you can't have fun doing that, then there is obviously no hope for your virgin arse.
