Oh i'm not mad, OP just asked why we hate Auburn. Outside of the week we play them, I don't really think about Auburn at all.
More I think of it, it's a Gus hate, not an Auburn hate.

I would certainly agree that I think it is more tied to Gus than Auburn. I think there is a sprinkling of envy from a few years back when Arky thought it was about to take over Auburn's position in the hierarchy, but it's mostly Gus.
But a lot of your people are undoubtedly eaten up with Auburn hate. Perhaps not IRL hopefully, but on this board.

Dude, everybody hates Auburn. It goes all the way back to Moses and the Ten Commandments.

As an Auburn fan, I love the Auburn/ARK game each year. I find myself cheering for Ark when they play other folks, but that's just me, I like those crazy sobs.

I didn't acknowledge that post because he obviously said those things to make himself feel better because he truly knows better. Our biggest claims to fame and crowning achievements are National and SEC Championships and producing some of the greatest players of All-Time like Bo, Cam, Barkley and the Big Hurt. Being a thorn in bama's side just goes with the territory.
Texas isn't Alabama and Texas A&M isn't Auburn. Don't be mad. If ifs and buts were candy and nuts, we would all know what an SEC Championship feels like.

F. For all the top ranked talent we have snagged within Arkansas borders, that would rather compete for/win championships instead of staying home and playing for the in-state hogs. Kodi Burns, Mike Dyer, Big Z, etc..
