Paranoid? I think you don't get the definition of paranoid.
You don't get ranked by the committee off past. There's a whole new committee now so we will see what happens. But your past seasons mean squat.

Guess that's where we differ, I don't see ND having only one loss. I think they'll lose to MSU, they have USC on the road, play Stanford, and have Miami who could possibly upset them late in the season.
The B1G being a play in game AND OU making it rely on OU beating OSU, and OSU running the table otherwise. Fully expect whoever comes out of the East to steamroll through whoever in the championship game, but if they have more than one loss I don't think it matters.
Clemson or FSU should have no more than one loss, one of them making it is a lock (likely Clemson). OU have a very good chance given how shite the Big XII id after Okie lite, OU, and TCU.
Top to bottom it's still light years ahead of any other conference.

The SEC is top heavy IMO
It's not light years ahead of anyone. You measure a conference from bottom up. And the bad of the SEC is as bad as everyone else's bad.

What's the deal with Washington being in top 10? Am I missing something here? They've been very average/below average for years. Can someone give me an answer?

USC and Kentucky are the only pushover teams in the conference. Vandy and Mizzou are bad, but boast very good defenses.
West is still the best division in football by a mile. UT had to do everything in their power to lose to OU last year and only won 9 games. UF will be better this year, UGA are a question mark but have a potentially high ceiling.
There is not another conference that even comes close, whichever way you want to look at it.
SECs worst is probably USC, who still beat UNC. They're easily better than Kansas, Oregon State, Purdue, and Wake Forest if you really think the worst of the SEC is as bad as every other conference

1 Clemson
2 Bama
3 FSU
4 Oklahoma
5 LSU
6 Ohio State
7 Michigan
8 Stanford
9 Tennessee
10 Notre Dame
I hesitate to even put us in there (some people need to pump the brakes) but I don't think we'll be worse than the alternatives, like Okla State, Washington and USC.

No it isn't. You have one playoff caliber team every year, 2 or 3 decent teams, and the rest is shite.

This guy is like the Big12 propaganda minister.
Look guy, your conference is in a fight for its own survival at this point, and the rumor is that Oklahoma is just itching to get out.
I bet your tune would change in a heartbeat if Oklahomo were to be invited to join the SEC. Just like Texas A&M's and Missouri's.
I would stack the SEC's teams up straight across, best on best, worst on worst, and wager money all day on the SEC. I would win hands down. Bowl game records show it.

The SEC was 9-2 in bowl games, and had 10 top 25 teams at one point last year. There are teams that would win 9-10 games in other conferences that have to fight to make bowl games in the SEC.

Here would be the approximate top to bottom matchups
Bama vs OU
LSU vs TCU
Tenn vs Baylor
OM vs Ok State
Georgia vs WVU
Florida vs Tx Tech
Arkansas vs UTw
A&M vs Kansas St
Auburn vs Iowa State
Miss St vs Kansas
SEC wins at least 8 of those

What a moron.
How would "our tune change"? We aren't ATM or Mizzou. They weren't competitive in this league. They aren't competitive in that league. Only difference is over there they can say "it's the conference difficulty that's keeping us from being good".
Go ahead and stack those teams up and bet your entire lottery ticket retirement savings on it. You can't even handle Toledo or Tech on your own home field, much less predict the outcome of head to head matchups between our conferences.

No I don't think so. I think you left Vandy and USC off of your list. I wonder why?

So put Vandy and USC against Kansas, nothing changes

Because you say so and no other reason. Clowncarshow...
