As someone who watched him play in high school, I'm shocked he's getting so high on mocks.
He was a very fast, strong DE who could get around the 200lb RTs in 2A ball. He took quite a few plays off and didn't think he would pan out to be a big player. I'm happy that he's gotten success and really developed in his time in college. He has great numbers for not being on the field very much at all.

Pretty much Bama homer article. I followed this recruitment that year as did many here. LSU wanted TW. Something happened around the beginning of the season or mid summer that turned LSU and TW apart. By NSD it was pretty much a mutual. TW expressed a big public desire that last year to go out of state and it might have been lessons learned from Landon Collins that they weren't going to waste their time and energy on him too.
I took LSU rescinding their offer as an attempt to save face since he wasn't coming anyway.
