Didnt another OM poster say that OM agreed to everything in the NOA? I may have read wrong, but is this true?
If so, you will get a major violation at very least.

and the opposite is true as well

Where in the article did it say that the bank statements confirmed that Ole Miss helped them move?
So are you accusing the article of making mention of bank statements being provided to the NCAA simply for the sake of suggesting that Ole Miss did wrong? Why else would Miller submit such evidence to the NCAA?

They can assume whatever the frick they want....doesn't mean it's true.
So your argument is essentially, "The evidence may suggest one thing but you'll never really know cause you weren't there"? Do you think that's going to save Ole Miss from potential sanctions?

Are you serious or trolling?
Here's a breakdown of this entire thread, for you.
"OMG HE SHOWED THE NCAA PROOF!!!!!"
"Yeah? We've already admitted to the things that he has proof of"
"BUT OMG HE'S GOT PROOF OF IT THO!!!!!!"
....this is the circle that we're currently in.

How is that me admitting anything?
It states in the article that he spent 100's of hours with the NCAA.
Including the word "Supposedly" implies you aren't 100% sure.
Does the article state when the meetings took place and what was covered in each one?
Why would the ncaa spend so much time on a guy without a ton of damning evidence?

So the NCAA is going to hammer is without undeniable proof? Seems to me they would like to not be sued. Oh but you're one of those that doesn't think the NCAA can't be sued over their punishment and investigation process.

Well, shite, Hank (can I call you Hank?) When the evidence provided thus far kind of indicates that Ole Miss was pulling some underhanded shite (and not doing anywhere close to a decent job of hiding it)what do you expect us to think?

you are an idiot. Does the name Todd McNair ring any bells? The NCAA has to have VERIFIABLE PROOF. Because Linsey Miller said it will not cut it buddy....but keep trying.
Does the name Renardl Sidney ring a bell??? He produced tangible proof- burden of proof is now on her. Enjoy your bowl ban

The NCAA case against Ole Miss is the first major football proceeding that primarily falls under the NCAA's new penalty structure for infractions cases, which was instituted in 2013 in part to hold head coaches more accountable and to more clearly define punishments. The bank statements showed proof that Miller was given cash by a booster, per the article. The dollar amount in this article matches the dollar amount that is included in our response to the NOA.
The article does NOT say that his bank statements prove that Ole Miss helped fund their move.
You are free to show me where, in the article, it says that the bank statements DID show proof of funding their move.
Extra credit: Ask yourself why this wasn't included in the NOA if Miller showed the NCAA proof that Ole Miss funded their move.

ummm....where in the hell are you coming up with that? My argument is pretty simple....everything that Miller has proof of in this article was already included in the NOA

They have a shitload of proof already and getting more and more. The first NOA is bad enough and will get you a bowl ban. And more is coming

I know and that's why you are the perfect person to provide the evidence proving everything in the article was covered in he noa. Problem is, you aren't willing to do it.
