Bama and Florida fans are probably going to be the only ones who can match or surpass the 17 straight SEC wins in a row the VOLS had from the 1997 and 1998 seasons.

Florida has, what, an 11 game streak on Tennessee right now? So I will go with 11.

Since which expansion?

Alabama had a 28 game win streak from 1991-1993.

Pretty sure Florida got one up to about 22 between 2008-2009.

The longest win streak under Saban has been 19

But those are total win streaks, not SEC only.

Alabama is 60-12 in SEC play under Saban but the longest win streak in conference play is 11.

What's been Tennessee's longest SEC win streak of the past 10 years?

Looked it up: it was 4 games in 2015 (South Carolina, Missouri, Kentucky, Vanderbilt).

Florida won 20+ between 1994 and 1997.

I think that would have to be the modern streak because of the lack of repeat SEC champions.

I remember when Arkansas went to 2 straight NC games in basketball too.

speaking of impressive ancient football streaks, how fricking impressive was Yales 37 game winning streak from 1887-1889? Badass IMO.

Didn't Florida have a longer one than that from a loss to Auburn in 1994 until losing to LSU in 1997?
